Mattress Care Guidelines

  • Rotate the mattress every 3 months by flipping it side to side and head to foot, except for single-sided mattresses.
  • Use a mattress protector to keep the mattress clean and hygienic.
  • The mattress is designed to be foldable for convenient transportation. Please follow the recommended folding instructions.

Precautions for Mattress Care

  • Do not jump or stand on the mattress, as concentrated weight may damage the internal structure (applicable to spring mattresses only)
  • Do not bend or fold the mattress in ways other than those specified, as this may damage the spring structure.
  • Do not expose the mattress to heat sources.
  • Avoid spilling water or any liquids onto the mattress.

Cleaning the Mattress Cover

  • Wash with water at a temperature not exceeding 60°C.
  • Use mild soap or detergent that is non-acidic.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The average lifespan of a mattress is 5–8 years, depending on the materials and level of care.
Even if a mattress appears to be in good condition on the outside, the internal structure may have begun to deteriorate, resulting in reduced support, back pain, or less restorative sleep. For hotels and residential projects, it is recommended to inspect and evaluate the condition every 3–4 years to maintain service quality standards.

Mattress sagging can occur for several reasons, such as the natural deterioration of foam or springs after years of use.
Using the mattress on an unstable or weak bed base may also create uneven pressure, leading to structural deformation.
Repeated concentrated weight in the same area—such as sitting on the mattress edge regularly—can accelerate sagging.
Our high-quality mattresses are engineered to minimize sagging and come with structural warranty coverage according to the specified terms and conditions.

There is no single answer for everyone, but you can choose more easily based on the following guidelines: Back pain / lower back discomfort: Choose a Medium Firm mattress.
Elderly sleepers: A soft yet supportive mattress—such as natural latex—helps reduce pressure points.
Heavier individuals: A firmer-than-standard mattress is recommended to prevent sagging, such as a high-density rebonded foam mattress.
Our factory can customize the firmness level—soft, medium, or firm—to match each customer’s body profile for optimal support.

It depends on the type of mattress:
Double-sided spring mattresses: Should be flipped every 3–6 months.
One-sided mattresses / foam mattresses / latex mattresses: Do not need to be flipped, but should be rotated head-to-toe every 3 months to extend the mattress’s lifespan.

Yes, we do! Our factory fully supports Made-to-Order production.
We can customize the size, height, materials, and firmness level, as well as handle project-based orders such as hotels, resorts, condominiums, apartments, and private residences.
